Suggesting a product to review
Send the product name and one line about what you need it to do. That second part matters more than it sounds, because the right mattress for a hot sleeper is often wrong for a side sleeper with bad shoulders, and the testing plan changes accordingly. Products that several readers ask about move to the front of the queue.
Reporting an error
Prices move, formulas get reformulated, and product lines get renamed. If something on this site is wrong, point at the page and the line, and it gets corrected the same week. Corrections are treated as bugs here, not as opinions.
A note on health questions
We read every message, and we answer questions about our testing happily. What we cannot do is give personal medical guidance - which supplement for your situation, whether to keep taking a medication, what a symptom means. That is work for a doctor or pharmacist who can see your full history. Our medical disclaimer explains where our job ends, so your questions never fall into the gap.
