Hey, I am Rishabh Sharma, and I run health.firstreviewers.com. I started First Reviewers after watching too many people spend real money on health products chosen from reviews written by people who never opened the bottle.

Most health product reviews fall into one of two traps. Either the writer never used the product and is rewording the label, or the ranking quietly follows whichever affiliate program pays the best. Neither of those helps you decide anything. This site exists to be the third option.

What makes this site different

Every product recommended here has been bought, and used. Usually for weeks, sometimes for months. That is where the useful information lives, and it is why these reviews say things a label never will:

• What week three feels like, after the novelty has worn off
• Where the product falls short, because nothing is perfect at any price
• Whether the label matches what the ingredient amounts can actually support
• What it costs per serving, per night, or per meal once shipping and renewals are counted
• The gotchas nobody mentions until the subscription renews

How products get tested

The same six steps run on every product, in the same order, every time:

1. Buy it like a customer. Full retail price, standard formula or model, no free samples. We get exactly what you would get.
2. Check the label and the lab. Ingredients and doses against the published evidence, plus third-party certifications like USP or NSF where they exist.
3. Use it in real life. Two to eight weeks of genuine daily use, longer for mattresses and anything that needs a fair trial.
4. Measure what you would feel. Sleep scores, taste, soreness, satiety, ease of sticking with it - the outcomes a real person notices.
5. Contact support with real questions. We submit genuine tickets and measure how fast and how well each company answers.
6. Count the true cost. Price per serving, per night, or per meal, including subscriptions that quietly renew.

The reviews are opinions formed from testing. This site uses affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. That funding never influences a rating or a ranking, and no brand gets to see, review, or approve a review before it publishes.

How prices stay accurate

Supplement formulas get reformulated and mattress lineups get renamed constantly, so every page that recommends a purchase gets a check on a monthly cycle, and every article carries a visible last-updated date. If you find a price that has drifted, telling us is genuinely helpful, and it gets fixed the same week.
